New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis was not happy to hear about his trade rumors secondhand. In an interview with Andrea Kramer on the NFL Network, Revis said, "I was speechless because I didn't get a phone call."

Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis was upset when the trade rumors surrounding him arose earlier this offseason.

Revis was clearly upset with the lack of communication from new general manager John Idzik. He went on to say “I need answers and I’m not getting any. Just the fact that that was put out there instead of contacting your best player on the team. If that’s how you want to do business, then that’s fine.”
Since the initial rumors surfaced Revis has talked with Idzik and the issue has died down. Even though Revis was referring to his initial emotions in those quotes, it appears he remains somewhat angry about how it was handled. Over at Gang Green Nation, they believe Revis is taking this approach to win the PR battle with the fans.
Kramer’s interview with Revis will air on the NFL Network today at 7 p.m. ET.
