Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein has been invited to work out with the tight ends at the 2013 NFL Combine, according to NFL.com's Gil Brandt. The tight ends are scheduled to go through drills on Saturday, and Klein will work out with the quarterbacks on Sunday. Klein told reporters Friday that he would like to stay at quarterback if at all possible.

The Kansas State standout would like to remain at the quarterback position in the NFL, but scouts would like to see how he performs as a tight end.

“That’s my heart,” Klein said. “I know I have the tools to do that, and I know I bring a lot to the team at that position. That’s what I want to do.”
Klein did not play well at the East-West Shrine Game, which hurt his stock as a QB. NFL scouts have concerns over his accuracy and awkward delivery, and he might be a late-round selection at best as a quarterback.
