The Baltimore Ravens have plenty of free agents and therefore decisions to be made this offseason, trying to figure out who is the most important to returning to glory in the near future.
NFL free agency: Dannell Ellerbe’s ‘heart is in Baltimore’
The Ravens’ emerging linebacker would prefer to stay in the only place he’s ever been.

One such soon-to-be free agent is linebacker Dannell Ellerbe, who came on strong last year and is one of the emerging men at his position in the NFL.
For his part, Ellerbe says he loves Baltimore and couldn’t think of a place he would rather be, according to sportsradiointerviews.com:
"I’m looking forward to making the best out of everything. The team that I play for, the money that I get, the situation I’m going into and all of that plays into it. I already have a Super Bowl. I want to be in Baltimore. My heart is in Baltimore, I love Baltimore, I love the fans, I love talking to y’all guys and I know I’m not going to talk to y’all somewhere else."
However, the Ravens are in a very tough spot. With success comes big contracts, and Baltimore will have to face the reality that some key players won't be returning. With others such as wide receiver Anquan Boldin, quarterback Joe Flacco and safety Ed Reed all due for new contracts, tough choices are at hand.
Last season, Ellerbe has 92 tackles and 4.5 sacks. In his previous three campaigns, Ellerbe had 90 tackles and one sack combined.
