San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who played for the Nevada Wolf Pack during his college career, has inspired sports books throughout the state of Nevada to increase the number of prop bets focused on one player, and have attracted bettors to increase the wagers they've placed on the game, according to the USA Today.
The report says that normally, local teams inspire more intense betting at sports books, but Kaepernick’s visibility in Nevada has brought the gambling to possibly record-breaking levels in the state.

The normal prop bets that feature Kaepernick are all there, including bets on passing yards, completions and touchdowns, but oddsmakers are saying that instead of the normal amount of prop bets for either starting quarterback, which usually range in the upper teens, Kaepernick is on the books for more than 20 bets.
