The Jacksonville Jaguars may give quarterback Blaine Gabbert one more year to prove himself, according to Draft Insider's Tony Pauline.

Pauline also notes that the Jaguars are looking for a quarterback in the later rounds of the draft. He specifically mentions Matt Scott out of Arizona as a potential landing spot for Jacksonville.

Gabbert has struggled in the NFL ever since being drafted No. 10 overall. Through two seasons, he has completed just 53.8% of his passes for 3,876 yards, a paltry 5.6 yards per average. He also has a 21:17 TD:INT ratio.

New general manager David Caldwell isn't married to Gabbert the way his predecessor was, but it's sounding increasingly likely that the former Missouri product will enter 2013 as the starter, if only in a "make or break" year. The Jaguars aren't expected to make a move for a pricey free agent at the position.
