It didn't take long for Percy Harvin to get his wish.
NFL free agency update: Percy Harvin trade, Dolphins dominate headlines
With one day left before free agency begins, it’s been a busy day in the NFL.

The young wide receiver said Sunday he wanted to be traded. By early Monday afternoon, the Minnesota Vikings shipped him to the Seattle Seahawks for three draft picks, including a first rounder this year. It has easily been the biggest story on the eve of the start of free agency.
While the Seahawks are making moves, the Dolphins seem to be interested in, well, everyone. The team is expected to sign wide receiver Mike Wallace, who has been their No. 1 priority this offseason. But in the course of a few hours, it's come out that the team is interested in right tackle Eric Winston, wide receiver Brandon Gibson and tight end Jared Cook.
A soon-to-be former Dolphin has made headlines, as the San Francisco 49ers might be interested in signing cornerback Sean Smith. The 49ers are looking to beef up a secondary which looked weak against the Baltimore Ravens in last month's Super Bowl.
The Washington Redskins are anticipating a couple of moves to help their salary cap situation. Santana Moss is expected to be released, while Adam Carriker has already renegotiated his contract.
With a serious salary cap issue on hand, the Pittsburgh Steelers were able to sign lineman Ramon Foster to a three-year deal. Meanwhile, his former teammate, running back Rashard Mendenhall, could be a Denver Bronco next season.
Speaking of the Broncos, a new deal with pass rusher Elvis Dumervil isn't looking good. The negotiations have reached an "impasse."
Linebacker Paul Kruger has a few teams interested in him. The Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns could make a run for the Super Bowl champion when the market opens Tuesday.
The Philadelphia Eagles are interested in wide receiver Danny Amendola. Amendola would provide the team with a slot threat if he lands with the team.
