Restricted free agent wide receiver Victor Cruz reportedly has a contract offer from the New York Giants, according to Gary Myers of the New York Daily News.
Victor Cruz rumors: Giants have offered WR contract worth $7 million a year
New York Giants restricted free agent Victor Cruz has reportedly been offered a deal for just over $7 million a year by the team.

Myers notes the contract offer would contain a large amount of guaranteed money, and run just three or four years, allowing Cruz to try again for a big payday down the road.
The team has tendered the wideout at $2.879 million. At this point in the offseason, Cruz has not received an offer sheet from any other team, though teams still have until Friday, April 19 to make such an offer.
Last season, Cruz hauled in 86 passes from Eli Manning for 1,092 yards and 10 touchdowns. In his two years in New York, Cruz has amassed 2,628 receiving yards and scored 19 touchdowns.
