The New York Jets have interest in New Orleans Saints running back Chris Ivory, according to Peter King of Sports Illustrated.
NFL trade rumors: Jets interested in Saints RB Chris Ivory
New York is looking for a running back and may have found one it likes in Ivory.

New York is in the market for another running back after losing Shonn Greene to the Tennessee Titans via free agency earlier in the offseason. Ivory would be a good fit for the Jets, giving them the speed they have lacked in the backfield since the days of Leon Washington.
King believes it would take a fifth round pick to wrestle Ivory away from New Orleans, who of course already has former first-round selection Mark Ingram and all-purpose threat Darren Sproles.
Ivory has only played in 24 games over his three-year career, with his best season coming in 2010 as an undrafted rookie. That season, Ivory amassed 716 yards and five touchdowns while averaging 5.2 yards per carry.
Last year, Ivory’s numbers fell to 217 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
