Florida State defensive end Tank Carradine will hold a workout this Saturday in Cincinnati, and will show how much progress he has made since tearing his ACL this past November. Carradine has been working with the same physical therapist that helped Adrian Peterson return from a torn ACL last year, according to the Baltimore Sun, and is reportedly making similarly impressive progress in his rehab.
NFL Draft 2013: Tank Carradine has made ‘significant progress’ after torn ACL
The Florida State pass rusher will hold a workout this weekend, where he’ll be able to show NFL teams how much progress he’s made from a torn ACL.

Carradine has the talent to be a first-round pick, but teams will want to see how his knee is progressing before making that kind of investment. Several teams will attend his Pro Day, including the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers. He wasn't able to work out at the NFL Combine in February, but is supposed to run the 40-yard dash and do positional drills at this workout.
In 11 games with the Seminoles in 2012, Carradine racked up 80 tackles and 11 sacks. He played as a 4-3 defensive end in college, but has the athleticism to play as a 3-4 linebacker as well.
