Center Fernando Velasco signed his one-year tender with the Tennessee Titans on Monday, according to The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt. Velasco was a restricted free agent, and has now began taking part in the team's voluntary workout program.
Fernando Velasco signs tender with Titans
Velasco is back and working out with the team after signing his restricted free agent tender, agreeing to a one year contract.

The team placed a second-round tender on Velasco back in March, which pretty much ensured that another team would not sign him to an offer sheet. Velasco is a fifth year pro, who signed with the team as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia.
Velasco was one of the lone positives on an otherwise poor Titans offensive line in 2012. The Titans finished 21st in the NFL in rushing offense, averaging just over 105 yards per game. They also gave up 39 sacks last year, including 25 on Jake Locker.
