Oregon offensive lineman Kyle Long has a first-round grade, Mike Mayock told SI's Peter King. Long is rated as the 29th-best prospect on Mayock's board, and another draft expert told King that he expects Long to go off the board before the end of the first round on Thursday night. Long is rated as the 67th-best prospect on SB Nation's top 200 big board.

He may not have received much attention to this point, but Oregon offensive lineman Kyle Long could wind up as a first-round draft pick on Thursday.

Long played tackle at Oregon, but could end up at guard at the NFL level due to his strength. A lot of conversation has centered around tackle prospects Luke Joeckel, Eric Fisher, and Lane Johnson, but a team that doesn't want to trade up to get a tackle could be willing to take a chance on Long later in the first round.
Kyle is the brother of St. Louis Rams defensive end Chris Long, and the son of Hall of Fame defensive end Howie Long. He also was a high-level baseball player and originally accepted a scholarship to play baseball at Florida State when he was coming out of high school.
