Florida State’s Tank Carradine has drawn plenty of interest from NFL teams, but up until a few days ago, he was unable to work out for teams as he continued to rehab a knee injury. Carradine worked out for teams on Saturday and a video to prove it popped up on YouTube:
NFL Draft 2013: Tank Carradine’s workout video
After missing most of the pre-draft process, Tank Carradine worked out on Saturday and there is video to prove it.

Carradine, who was 135 days removed from surgery to repair a torn ACL, worked out for representatives from 11 NFL teams. In addition to going through his usual rehab drills, Carradine performed a few football-related drills, including running a 4.75 40-yard dash. Had he run that time at the NFL Scouting Combine, it would have been the ninth-fastest time among defensive linemen.
Carradine also went through positional drills despite not being fully recovered. He is rehabbing with the same physical therapist who Adrian Peterson worked with last offseason and is reportedly doing well in the recovery process.
SB Nation ranked Carradine as the No. 14 overall prospect in the draft and the No. 2 defensive end. With his recovery going well, Carradine could come off the board in the top half of the first round.
