NFL Draft results: Cardinals among those who add good value in 6th round

The Arizona Cardinals were among the sixth round successes as they took two skill position players who slipped a bit in the draft. A total of seven running backs were selected in the sixth round.

The sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft was highlighted by running backs, with seven getting selected. The Arizona Cardinals nabbed two skill position players who slipped a bit in Texas A&M wide receiver Ryan Swope and Clemson running back Andre Ellington, but could become solid contributors.


More small school players found their way into the sixth round with picks from Tarleton State, Illinois State, California (Pa.), Jacksonville St. and the first ever player drafted from Colorado State-Pueblo, tackle Ryan Jensen.
