Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu has recovered from the broken foot that ended his rookie season and expects to be at full speed for the Bengals' offseason workouts. Sanu underwent surgery on Dec. 3, 2012, shortly after having worked his way into Cincinnati's starting lineup.
Mohamed Sanu injury: Bengals WR at ‘100 percent’ after broken foot
Cincinnati’s second-year receiver has healed from the broken foot that ended his rookie season and is ready to contribute.

"I'm already 100 percent (healed). Now I'm just getting to the point where I want to be as far as being in shape and getting ready for the OTAs and the season," Sanu said.
A third-round draft pick in 2012, Sanu got off to a slow start in his rookie season. He didn't make his first reception until Week 7, but he settled into a groove and started the Bengals' last two games prior to breaking his foot. Sanu ended his rookie season with 16 receptions for 154 yards and four touchdowns. The second-year receiver is ready to get back to contributing on the field, saying, "It's definitely a good feeling to know I can help the offense out and to know I was getting playing time and I was effective." Sanu also threw a 73-yard touchdown pass to A.J. Green in Week 3 against the Washington Redskins.
The return of Sanu should help the Bengals offense along with the additions of new rookies, tight end Tyler Eifert and running back Giovani Bernard.
