NFL news roundup: Titus Young arrested again, DeAndre Hopkins impresses in camp, and more

The hits keep coming for former Lions receiver Titus Young, who was arrested for the third time in less than a week. This time, Young is charged with burglary, assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. He was previously arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and attempting to break his car out of the tow lot. The wheels continue to fly off of Young's once-promising career.

The Buffalo Bills plan to use wide receiver Marquise Goodwin in the slot position. Buffalo made it a point to upgrade their WR corps, drafting Goodwin in the third round and Robert Woods in the second. Goodwin has blazing speed, but is 5'9 and has a lot of work to do on his route-running.

Houston Texans rookie DeAndre Hopkins was lauded in the pre-draft process for his hands, body control and route-running. So far in minicamp, he looks every bit the part. Coach Gary Kubiak had nothing but praise for his first-round pick: "Ball skills are extremely special. Very long; long arms. Big hands; you saw the catch he made out here today. He's going to help us early, and we know that, and that's why we brought him here."

Brandon Weeden's future with the Cleveland Browns remains up in the air. He's already 29 years old, had a less-than-impressive rookie year, and his new GM repeatedly criticized him during his NFL Network tenure. However, he may not be on the chopping block after all, as Norv Turner could elect to keep him around if he has a productive 2013 season. Turner has a good track record with QBs, so Weeden is definitely in a good position to succeed.
