Michael Vick believes he is faster than RGIII, Colin Kaepernick

Despite his advancing age, Vick still believes nobody at his position can out-run him.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick recently told Dan Patrick's radio show that he remains the fastest man at his position, faster than young bucks Robert Griffin III and Colin Kaepernick.

Vick was defiant, saying that while men like those two are fast and quick, nobody could beat him in a 40-yard dash, per NFL.com:

“These guys are young and they’re fast and they’re quick, the thing I do have is a very quick get-up,” Vick said. “I really don’t feel like there’s a quarterback in the league that can beat me in a 40-yard dash.

Go ahead and skip to about the eight-minute mark of the video to listen to Vick, if you’re so inclined.

Unfortuantely for Vick, the men who chase him on Sundays have proven to be fast enough to tackle him and subsequently force fumbles. Over the past two seasons, only Mark Sanchez has turned the ball over more than Vick, a distinction he would rather not share with the infamous butt-fumbler.

Last season, Vick put together a year that has many wondering whether he is still the starting quarterback in Philadelphia. In ten games, Vick tossed 12 touchdowns along with ten interceptions and four lost fumbles.
