No charges for Maurice Jones-Drew, per report
Maurice Jones-Drew’s agent says that there won’t be any charges filed against him after all.

Reports surfaced early on Tuesday that Jones-Drew would be charged with battery for his involvement in an altercation at a restaurant in St. Augustine, Fla. An initial police report stated that Jones-Drew punched a security guard in the face, knocking him out.
Jones-Drew’s agent, Adisa Bakari, states that he was not involved in the fight and left the scene as soon as things escalated:
Adisa Bakari: "Maurice was there and was not involved. As soon as an altercation broke out, Maurice exited the premises."
