New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks told quarterback Eli Manning that he will attend the team's upcoming minicamp, per ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk.
Hakeem Nicks expected at Giants minicamp, says Eli Manning
Hakeem Nicks isn’t happy with his contract, but he plans on showing up for Giants minicamp.

Nicks wants a new contract, and he showed his displeasure by skipping New York’s offseason team activities. He’s in the final year of his rookie deal and is set to make $2.7 million in 2013. Considering the production he’s given the Giants over the last four years, the desire for a pay raise is understandable.
The former first-round pick out of North Carolina had a down year in 2012, compiling 692 yards and three touchdowns in 13 games, but that was mainly because he was limited by a knee injury. In the two previous regular seasons, he racked up a combined 2,244 yards and 18 scores, and he helped lead the Giants to a Super Bowl title in 2011 with 444 yards and four TDs in the postseason.
The Giants’ minicamp is set to begin Tuesday.
