EJ Manuel signs rookie contract with Bills
With Manuel taken care of, the Bills have all of their 2013 draft picks under contract.

The Bills selected Manuel with the No. 16 overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, making him the first and only quarterback off the board in the first round, which came as a surprise to many. Manuel has not been practicing with the first-team offense during spring camp, but he’ll have a good shot at claiming the starting spot by the time the regular season rolls around.
Buffalo released Tarvaris Jackson earlier in the week, leaving Kevin Kolb as Manuel's primary competition for the starting position. Ryan Fitzpatrick, who started all 16 games for the Bills a year ago, is now with the Titans.
All eight of Buffalo’s 2013 draft picks are now under contract.
