Ravens Super Bowl rings revealed

The Ravens’ Super Bowl rings are huge.

USA TODAY Sports

The members of the 2012 Baltimore Ravens are going to get a gift from their team. A very shiny gift. A very shiny and very large gift.

Yes, their Super Bowl rings really take up half of a grown man’s finger.

The Ravens met President Barack Obama at the White House earlier this week and on Friday night they will get these rings in a private ceremony in commemoration of their Super Bowl XLVII win over the San Francisco 49ers.

The rings feature two Vince Lombardi Trophies, representing the team’s first Super Bowl title in 2001 and the one they won in February. The mathematical term to describe the number of diamonds on the ring is “a lot.”
