Dennard’s breathalyzer attempts were not up to police standards, but he reportedly did blow a number under the legal limit.

Dennard was taken into custody by police under suspicion of driving under the influence around 3 a.m. ET Thursday. He was not asked to take a blood test, according to Rapoport’s report, and the results of his field sobriety test were not mentioned in the police report; it was simply noted that he did in fact take one.
