Dolphins sign No. 3 pick Dion Jordan
The Dolphins got the last of their draft picks signed on Saturday, locking up No. 3 overall pick Dion Jordan.

The third overall pick in the NFL Draft missed spring workouts due to shoulder surgery and a late graduation at the University of Oregon, but Jordan is expected to be healthy for training camp. The Dolphins traded up in the draft to get him, sending the No. 12 and No. 42 picks to the Oakland Raiders.
Jordan recorded 44 tackles, 10.5 sacks and three forced fumbles with the Oregon Ducks last season. He was a versatile defender, playing both end and linebacker in Chip Kelly’s defense. He’s not expected to start immediately and the Dolphins plan to use him at defensive end while bulking him up--he weighed a spry 248 pounds at the Combine.
