The New York Giants and offensive tackle Justin Pugh, their 2013 first-round draft pick, have agreed to his rookie contract one day before the team begins training camp, Conor Orr of the Newark Star-Ledger reported Thursday.
Giants reach contract agreement with Justin Pugh, according to report
The Giants now only have one draftee unsigned.

Pugh, who played for the Syracuse Orange, was the 19th pick in April's NFL draft. The deal's completion will get Pugh in the door at training camp, and the Giants' only unsigned draft pick now is fourth-round quarterback Ryan Nassib. Giants owner John Mara said he was not worried about any potential holdouts when players report for camp Friday, Orr reports.
Pugh worked out exclusively at right tackle during mini-camp and organized team activities earlier in the offseason, but Ed Valentine at Big Blue View wrote that Pugh may get some work on the right side at either tackle or guard during camp. He is expected to compete for a starting job somewhere along the offensive line right away.
