The Indianapolis Colts and Buffalo Bills each open their preseason schedules Sunday afternoon, and the Colts are four-point favorites in front of their home crowd, according to OddsShark.com.
NFL preseason 2013: Odds and lines for Bills vs. Colts
It should be no surprise that the Colts are favored here.

The Colts' turnaround last season — from 2-14 to 11-5 and a playoff berth — owed much to the success of rookie quarterback Andrew Luck, but Vegas doesn't predict too much scoring in Sunday's preseason game. OddsShark has its over/under at 36 1/2 points.
The Bills are coming off a 6-10 season that extended the league's longest playoff drought to 13 seasons; their last playoff appearance was in 1999, when they lost to the Tennessee Titans on the Music City Miracle last-second kickoff return touchdown. Buffalo has several key starting positions up for grabs that may begin to shake out on the field Sunday including quarterback. Brian Galliford at Buffalo Rumblings said as many as 21 starting jobs or prominent backup roles are still up for grabs as the Bills prepare for the upcoming season.
Rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel is expected to start for the Bills.
The game begins at 1:30 p.m. ET on the NFL Network.
