The Jacksonville Jaguars received some good news on Monday. Wide receiver Justin Blackmon and rookie safety Johnathan Cyprien have been activated off the physically unable to perform list, according to John Oehser.

Jacksonville added a few more players to the practice field with two important pieces having passed their physicals.

Cyprien is coming into the league after being the first pick of the second round in the NFL Draft this April. He's expected to be a starter for new head coach Gus Bradley. Cyprien was injured before training camp with a hamstring injury that wasn't considered to be a major issue.
Blackmon has already been making headlines this preseason because of his scuffle on the sidelines with Miami Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll during the first preseason game, despite not being an active player. The second-year receiver has been on the shelf thus far with a groin injury that required surgery in the offseason.
Last year, Blackmon caught 64 passes for 865 yards and five touchdowns, leading the team in receptions.
