Kenny Britt says his left knee is doing just fine, despite his missing some of training camp. According to the Tennessean, he insists that his absence, due to what has been called "soreness," is simply precautionary.

“No concerns at all,” Britt said. “I wish I could be out there practicing with the fellas, but I am just taking a few days off and making sure I don’t have any setbacks.”

Britt tore the ACL in his right knee in 2011 and missed some time last season as he dealt with soreness in that knee. Now it is the other knee giving him trouble and as minor as he insists the injury is, his history of knee trouble does make any practice absence a concern.

The 24-year-old wide receiver had more than 701 yards as a rookie in 2009 and upped that number the next season despite playing just 12 games. That set the stage for 2011, which was supposed to be his breakout season, and it looked like that would be the case when he had 276 yards in the first two games, but he tore his ACL in Week 3 and has been dealing with knee trouble ever since.
