Posey tore his Achilles in the Texans' playoff loss to the New England Patriots. He did running and agility drills during spring OTAs and minicamps, but has yet to be cleared for team practices. Posey's speedy recovery is surprising the Texans, who didn't expect to have him back by the start of the regular season.
A third-round pick out of Ohio State in 2012, Posey played in 11 games his rookie year, recording six catches for 87 yards. His fast recovery from Achilles surgery has been remarkable, but he still has an uphill battle for playing time. He's currently behind DeAndre Hopkins, Keshawn Martin and Lestar Jean on the depth chart.
