The Panthers travel to face the Eagles Thursday night in preseason Week 2 action. The game will not be televised nationally, but there are online streaming options, and it will be broadcast on television locally in both markets. Carolina won its preseason opener, while Philadelphia and new head coach Chip Kelly lost in Week 1.
Panthers vs. Eagles: How to watch online, TV schedule, radio and more
Carolina and Philadelphia help usher in the second week of preseason games.

Kelly's NFL head coaching debut got off to a fine start -- the Eagles needed only five plays to go 77 yards and score a touchdown on their opening drive against New England. Both teams piled up yardage, but it was the Patriots who pulled away once the starters hit the bench.
The Panthers are coming off a victory over the Bears, but that win was not without its issues. For one thing, Carolina turned the ball over four times. The team also struggled to run the football, averaging under three yards per attempt. Amid those troubles, rookie running back Kenjon Barner -- who played for Kelly at Oregon -- put in a solid performance. Those two will be on opposite sidelines for the first time in their respective careers.
