Most NFL teams forbid fan videos at training camp practices, something about paranoia, SpyGate and all that. Nevertheless, it's been a red letter week for contraband cell phone cameramen after someone got video of a tackle getting pushed onto Tom Brady's knee. At the Carolina Panthers practice, another keen eye caught cornerback Josh Norman making this incredible one-handed interception.
Panthers CB Josh Norman makes one-handed interception
Sure, it was just practice, but it was yet another highlight for the second-year corner’s outstanding work this month.

Breakaway runs and highlight-reel catches are a training camp staple. The value of such moments are usually good for a few oohs and aahs and that’s it. Shorts or not, Norman’s practice pick is at least worth a second look.
Something must be carrying over for Norman; he had two interceptions in last week's preseason game against the Bears, including one for a touchdown.
Norman got benched after 12 starts last season. He had a tendency to play for the ball more than the receiver, which made him an easy target for opposing quarterbacks. Last week, he started in that game against the Bears, and moved inside when the Panthers brought out their nickel package.
