Furthermore, according to the Detroit News, the Lions' first team has managed just seven first downs so far this preseason.

The Lions aren’t starting to panic yet, but Bush told the media that his team needs to have more of a sense of urgency about its offensive woes.
“We should be concerned,” Bush said. “We’re better than this. We have to hold ourselves accountable because we need to put points on the board. That’s our job and we didn’t do that.”
It’s worth noting that the Lions were without Johnson on Thursday night when their star wide receiver was battling a sore knee and missed the game as a precaution. Still, Stafford and company can’t be pleased with the lack of offensive output -- especially considering the team has been among the league’s most productive offenses in recent years.
