Meanwhile, the Seahawks will be hoping to finish a perfect 4-0 after dominating the San Diego Chargers, Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers.
Raiders vs. Seahawks 2013: How to watch online, TV schedule, radio and more
How to watch the Oakland Raiders take on the Seattle Seahawks in preseason action on Thursday, Aug. 29.

For the Raiders, they still have many positions that need settling. Even though some of the top starters like Darren McFadden shouldn't see much, if any, action, they still have starting spots and many backup jobs up for grabs. Terrelle Pryor will make the start at quarterback, while Matt Flynn rests his arm. It's unclear if Flynn is expected to be the starter for the regular season or not, but Pryor might just be able to make a case for the job Thursday.
Seattle is a much more stable team. It boasts one of the strongest defenses in the NFL, and while the majority of the starting unit will be resting, the backups should give Pryor plenty of trouble in the early-goings of that game. Seattle doesn’t have many spots up for grabs, so it will primarily be the younger players and backups vying for a roster spot on Thursday.
