The Kansas City Chiefs blew out the Green Bay Packers at home in their final preseason game, finishing with a 30-8 victory.
Packers vs. Chiefs: Kansas City fans encouraged, Green Bay fans not concerned
The Chiefs dominated the Packers, but the game didn’t count and Green Bay fans aren’t worried.

Are Packers fans panicked? A 22-point loss in the final exhibition game before the lights come on for real is not ideal, but the folks in Green Bay didn’t lose any sleep over it.
Jason Hirschorn of ACME Packing Company, SB Nation’s Green Bay Packers blog, put it perfectly:
If you’re looking for positive twist on Thursday night’s exhibition against in Kansas City, know that for the rest of the season the Packers won’t play in a game as boring and meaningless. There’s only so much one can take from the fourth and final game of the preseason, especially when the Packers were blown out 30-8. So long as the players make it out unscathed, the team and fans should be happy. Thankfully, no Packers suffered any major injuries.
Chiefs fans had more positives to point to after Thursday night's game. Joel Thorman of Arrowhead Pride, SB Nation's Chiefs blog, was particularly impressed by the play of rookie quarterback Tyler Bray.
He entered the game at the 11:36 mark of the second quarter and played the rest of the game. His big arm was evident as he went deep a few times, including a 43-yard touchdown to Josh Bellamy. He also showed some touch with an 8-yard touchdown pass to Junior Hemingway as the first half ended. Tyler Bray was the better quarterback on this night.
The Chiefs open up the regular season on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars, while the Packers head to San Francisco to take on the 49ers in Week 1.
