Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson had a procedure done on his knee and will be out for the rest of training camp. The Packers would not elaborate on the nature of his injury, only calling it a "procedure." They are hopeful he will be ready for the start of the regular season.
Jordy Nelson injury: Packers WR out for training camp
Jordy Nelson had a procedure done on his knee and will be out for the rest of training camp.

Nelson missed four games last season with a hamstring injury, but he was healthy in the spring and for most of training camp before undergoing the knee surgery. He recorded 49 catches for 745 yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games.
With Nelson out for the rest of camp, Randall Cobb and James Jones will be the top two receivers with the first team. Jones has a chance to prove last season was not a fluke, when he set career highs with 64 catches and 14 touchdowns.
