St. Louis hopes to maintain its early momentum as it travels to the Georgia Dome to face the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. The Rams pulled out a late victory over Arizona in Week 1, scoring 14 unanswered points in the fourth quarter for the 27-24 win as Sam Bradford guided the rally.
NFL picks and predictions, Week 2: Rams vs. Falcons
Atlanta is expected to get into the win column in Week 2 with St. Louis coming to town ... unless you ask Mike Ditka, that is.

For host Atlanta, the first week of the season was less enjoyable. An early 10-0 lead crumbled to a 23-17 loss at New Orleans as Matt Ryan and the Falcons’ offense struggled in the second half, punting three times after taking the lead then throwing an end zone interception with a chance to take the lead in the final minute.
Experts are still happy to tab the Falcons as winners in this one, though, as all eight CBSSports.com writers predict an Atlanta victory (though against the spread, opinion is split). At ESPN.com, only Mike Ditka thinks the Rams will prevail while every other writer chose the Falcons to win. Atlanta is currently favored by 7 to 7.5 points, according to OddsShark.com, even though there is no such thing as a half-point in football.
