Broncos vs. Giants 2013 inactives: Champ Bailey, Joel Dreessen not playing on Sunday

The Broncos will be without Champ Bailey for the second straight week.

Justin Edmonds

The Denver Broncos and New York Giants released their inactive lists for Sunday's game, with few surprises among the names. That's good news for New York as it looks to limit a Broncos passing attack that torched the defending champions last week.

Denver has dealt with some injuries early in the season and will be without a few banged up players this week. Champ Bailey and Joel Dreessen are still injured and won't play in the game.

Joining them on Denver's inactive list this week are running back C.J. Anderson, guards Chris Kuper and John Moffitt, quarterback Zac Dysert and cornerback Quentin Jammer.

The Giants' inactives for the game are running back Michael Cox, quarterback Ryan Nassib, linebacker Allen Bradford, tackles David Diehl and Brandon Mosley, tight end Adrien Robinson and defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins.

Sunday's game will be a test for the Broncos' secondary with two veteran leaders sidelined and Eli Manning slinging passes. Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks could be in for big games.
