Packers running back Eddie Lacy left Sunday's game against the Redskins with an apparent head injury (GIF can be seen here) and did not return. On his first career carry at Lambeau Field, Lacy ran the ball for 10 yards before taking a high hit from Redskins safety Brandon Meriweather. Green Bay head coach Mike McCarthy said after the game that he didn't get a "clean look" at the play.
NFL injury report, Redskins vs. Packers 2013: Eddie Lacy leaves with concussion
The Packers rookie running back left with a head injury after a hit from Brandon Meriweather, who later left the game with his own concussion on a different play. Here is a full list of injuries after Sunday’s Packers-Redskins matchup.

Backup running back James Starks took full advantage of his extra playing time against Washington; Starks ran the ball 20 times for 132 yards in the 38-20 victory.
Unfortunately, Lacy wasn’t the only Packer to leave the game with an injury.
Tight end Jermichael Finley was questionable for the start of the game but played and caught a touchdown pass. He later left the game with an apparent hand injury. Fullback John Kuhn left with a hamstring injury.
The Redskins mostly escaped without injury. Meriweather made his season debut on Sunday after missing the opener with a groin injury and then knocked Lacy out of the game. In the second quarter, however, he led with his helmet against Starks and was ruled out with a concussion.
It was only the second game that Meriweather has played since 2012.
