The Miami Dolphins traveled to Indianapolis to take on the Colts in Week 2. The trip proved successful for a Dolphins team that is now 2-0 after a 24-20 road win.

Miami's win offered a great balance of run and pass as well as a fair share of contributions on offense and defense. Mike Wallace and tight end Charles Clay were the stars on offense, while linebacker Philip Wheeler and defensive end Derrick Shelby stood out on defense.
The Phinsiders’ Kevin Nogle is thrilled with the win, but believes there is plenty of room for improvement on both sides of the ball:
Tannehill was not perfect on the day, however. He did have three fumbles, one of which was lost, and he was sacked five times. The Colts were also able to hit Tannehill four times.
As for the Miami defense, they were not able to pressure Luck the same way they were able to get after the Browns' Brandon Weeden in Week 1. Against Cleveland, the Dolphins had a ridiculous 16 quarterback hits and six sacks. The Dolphins only brought Luck down three times on Sunday, with six quarterback hits.
For Stampede Blue’s Josh Wilson, the loss was a result of the Colts’ losing their momentum in the second half:
This was a tale of two halves for the Colts offense. They looked really good in the first half but struggled mightily in the second. T.Y. Hilton was great today, but all six of his catches came in the first half. Coby Fleener was great today, but three of his four catches came in the first half. And Pep Hamilton did a good job calling plays - in the first half. The second half was totally different for this team and totally less effective, and that has to be placed on Pep Hamilton first and foremost. I'm actually surprised at all the negative reaction towards Hamilton, but I really don't think it's that undeserved. He's too conservative and seems to be inconsistent too. He seems to do a good job but has some play calls that are just all around terrible and puzzling. I'm not giving up on Pep yet, as this was only his second career NFL game calling plays, but he has to get his act together very soon or else this will just get worse and worse as the season goes on.
