Steelers vs. Bengals 2013 inactives: Andrew Whitworth active for Cincinnati

After missing the preseason and Week 1, Andrew Whitworth is back and expected to start for the Bengals.

The Bengals and Steelers will meet in a divisional battle on Monday Night Football and Cincinnati will get a boost with the return of one of its key offensive players. Pro Bowl left tackle Andrew Whitworth is active for Cincinnati and will start after missing the offseason and season opener.

Whitworth was limited in practice all week and the Bengals listed him as questionable to play. He's been working his way back from a knee injury, and his return should help Cincinnati's offensive line against Pittsburgh's dangerous pass rush. Defensively, Vontaze Burfict is active for the Bengals after been limited at times during the week due to a thigh injury.

Cortez Allen, Le'Veon Bell and Heath Miller had already been ruled out for the Steelers and defensive back Curtis Brown joins them on the inactive list. Brown was doubtful to play due to an illness. Kicker Shaun Suisham is active for the Steelers and will handle the kicking duties.

Here is the complete list of inactives.

Pittsburgh:

QB Landry Jones, K Shayne Graham, RB Le'Veon Bell, CB Cortez Allen, CB Curtis Brown, OG Cody Wallace and TE Heath Miller.

Cincinnati:

TE Orson Charles, WR Dane Sanzenbacher, CB Brandon Ghee, RB Rex Burkhead, OL Tanner Hawkinson, OG Mike Pollak and DE Margus Hunt.
