Dallas and St. Louis both look to bounce back from Week 2 defeats.

Dallas comes in off a tough 17-16 loss against the Kansas City Chiefs after whipping the New York Giants in its season opener. The Cowboys have looked very good so far and defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin's Tampa-2 scheme looks like a success after forcing six turnovers the first week and causing four sacks last week.
St. Louis goes to Dallas after getting blitzed by the Atlanta Falcons in the Georgia Dome. Atlanta went up 21-0 before the Rams even knew the game started and, despite their best efforts, they ultimately lost 31-24.
Over at CBS Sports, the experts are torn on who will take this one as the analysts were split four apiece when picking against the 4.5-point spread in favor of Dallas. They all took the Cowboys to make their record 2-1 this Sunday, however. Ditto the experts at Yahoo! Sports and ESPN. Merrill Hoge and Mark Schlereth were the only two among ESPN’s 14-man panel to the Rams to win.
