The Eagles are the 3.5-point favorite at home against Andy Reid and the Chiefs on Thursday Night Football.

The Thursday night return of Andy Reid to Philadelphia is expected to feature a lot of points. However, the Eagles are favored by more than a field goal in the Week 3 matchup. Philadelphia is a 3.5-point home favorite entering the clash with their old head coach, according to OddsShark.com.
The Eagles are coming off a last-second loss to the Chargers at home. Philadelphia will look to rebound against the Chiefs with league-leading rusher LeSean McCoy and league-leading receiver DeSean Jackson serving as weapons for the always-electric Michael Vick. The Eagles have scored at least 30 points in both of their regular season games and are likely to use their fast-paced offense to keep the Chiefs' defense on their toes.
For the Chiefs, the key is to not turn the ball over on offense, while creating takeaways and sacks on defense. Kansas City is coming off a close 17-16 win over the Cowboys at home and will likely need to score more points than that against the Eagles' high-powered offense. Running back Jamaal Charles and wide receiver Dwayne Bowe are the team's major play-makers on offense and Chiefs' quarterback Alex Smith will have to feed them the ball to outscore the home team on Thursday night.
The Eagles will host the Chiefs during Thursday Night Football on NFL Network at 8:25 p.m. ET.
