The Cleveland Browns and Minnesota Vikings will face off for their Week 3 matchup on Sunday. Minnesota just fell to the division rival Chicago Bears in their second game, 31-30, and are 0-2 heading into this one. The Browns, despite playing close with their division rivals, the Baltimore Ravens, are also 0-2. So barring a tie, one of these teams will have a victory after Sunday.
