Colts vs. 49ers 2013 odds and lines: San Francisco favored big coming off loss
The 49ers are favored big over the Colts in Week 3, despite their blowout loss to the Seahawks on Sunday night.

The San Francisco 49ers were embarrassed on Sunday night football last week, falling 29-3 in front of a deafening Seattle Seahawks crowd. Colin Kaepernick muddled through the worst passing game of his career while Richard Sherman and co. blanketed the Niners' wideouts. Despite their struggles, the 49ers remain one of sportsbooks' favorite teams. Vegas is expecting the 49ers to rebound in a big way and has San Fran as a 11.5-point favorite over the Indianapolis Colts, according to Odds Shark.
The Colts are coming off a four-point loss to the Miami Dolphins. Andrew Luck was stymied late by the Dolphins' defense, and the Colts' defense allowed Ryan Tannehill to have an outstanding day, giving up 319 yards passing at 9.4 yards per attempt. The newly-acquired Trent Richardson's role for the game has yet to be determined.
With both teams coming off shaky performances, the 49ers are no doubt being getting an edge for playing at home. The Colts will have to cross two time zones to get to Candlestick Park. The 49ers are 16-6-1 against the spread in their last 23 games at home.
The over-under for the game is currently set at 46 points, making a 28-18 score a push, assuming a 11.5-point spread.
