Indianapolis signed another receiver to bolster its depth, picking up a rookie the Bills recently dropped.

The rookie was picked up by the Buffalo Bills and made it through training camp and the preseason schedule, but he was axed by the Bills when they made their final cuts.
Rogers played his first two college seasons with the Tennessee Volunteers before transferring to Tennessee Tech last season.
Rogers hauled in 78 balls for 1,207 yards and 11 touchdowns, all career-highs, for Tennessee Tech. Rogers transferred there after being in trouble consistently throughout his time in Knoxville, with the final straw coming in August 2012 when he was suspended for multiple violations of the school’s substance abuse policy.
Rogers will now get the opportunity to learn behind Reggie Wayne, T.Y. Hilton and others in practice everyday.
