The AFC West will be on display in Week 3 as the Raiders travel to Denver for a matchup with Peyton Manning and the Broncos on Monday Night Football. The road team is 1-1 and is looking to expand its winning efforts against the class of its division, while the Broncos are looking to add a third win to their record. Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor has been impressive in Oakland's two games this season, but he will face an uphill battle if he has to compete in a shootout with the elder Manning.

The Broncos will host the Raiders in a heavily favored contest for the home team on ‘Monday Night Football.’


The experts at CBS Sports see this matchup as one-sided affair in favor of the Broncos. All nine of CBS Sports’ analysts believe that Denver will come out on top against the Raiders, with or without the spread. CBS’s Pete Prisco lamented the overwhelming confidence in the Broncos in this game:
The Broncos are flying high, having scored more than 40 points in two consecutive games. The Raiders have done some solid things, but this is a bad matchup. The Denver offense will do what it wants against the Oakland defense, especially with safety Tyvon Branch out of the lineup. Peyton Manning has another big one.
The ESPN crew of experts has a similar unanimous decision. All 13 of ESPN’s analysts picked the Broncos to the channel’s weekly feature. According OddsShark.com, the odds-makers are all in agreement with CBS and ESPN, as they favor the Broncos by 16.5 points.
