Houston Texans left tackle Duane Brown has already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Brown is battling turf toe and was unable to practice this week. The Texans do not know when he will be ready to return. Ryan Harris will get the start against Terrell Suggs this week.
NFL injury roundup: Duane Brown ruled out, Reggie Bush questionable, and more
The Texans have already ruled out Duane Brown, and Reggie Bush may not play on Sunday. Here are the big injury headlines from Saturday.

Here are some other injury headlines from Saturday:
The Detroit Lions could end up holding out running back Reggie Bush this week. Bush suffered a knee injury last week and has been wearing a brace in practice. He is optimistic about playing on Sunday, but the Lions may keep him out as a precaution. Joique Bell would get the start if Bush is inactive.
Dallas Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer is not a sure thing to suit up Sunday. He missed most of training camp with a knee surgery and got just limited action in Week 2. Spencer has been unable to practice on Wednesday and Friday. George Selvie is expected to start in his place again.
The Atlanta Falcons have scratched left tackle Sam Baker this week. Baker is dealing with a knee and foot injury. It's another blow to a Falcons offense already without Steven Jackson. Lamar Holmes is expected to start on Matt Ryan's blind side.
The Seattle Seahawks will be without left tackle Russell Okung for at least eight weeks, placing him on short-term IR. Okung suffered a torn ligament in his toe last week and will be out indefinitely. Paul McQuistan will man the left side in his place. It's one of the few areas of concern for a Seahawks team expected to romp over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Indianapolis Colts have ruled out both linebacker Pat Angerer and safety LaRon Landry for Sunday. Neither player traveled with the team to San Francisco. Angerer missed Week 1 with a concussion and is now dealing with a knee injury. Landry has an ankle issue. The Colts will be without important pieces on the defense when they face the 49ers.
