The 49ers opened the season with a thrilling 34-28 win over the Green Bay Packers, but they have not at all resembled the defending NFC champions since that. After losing 29-3 to the Seahawks in Week 2, San Francisco had an underwhelming performance at home against the Colts on Sunday, losing 27-7.

The Colts scored three rushing touchdowns and held 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick to another meager performance.
Fantasy studs and duds
Ahmad Bradshaw had 95 rushing yards and a touchdown. New Colts RB Trent Richardson ran for 35 yards and a score.
Kaepernick threw for 150 yards, no touchdowns, one interception and lost one fumble. He has six turnovers in his last two games. He rushed for just 20 yards.
Injury report
49ers linebacker Patrick Willis left the game in the fourth quarter with a groin injury and did not return.
Running back Ahmad Bradshaw was hurt early in the second quarter, but returned.
Colts defensive lineman Ricky Jean-Francois left the game with a groin injury.
