The Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago Bears have released their inactive lists for Sunday night's game. Tight end Heath Miller and cornerback Charles Tillman are both active and ready to play.
NFL inactive list, Bears vs. Steelers 2013: Heath Miller, Charles Tillman active
Heath Miller is expected to make his season debut on Sunday. He is active and ready to play.

Miller will be making his season debut after shredding his knee last December. He didn't participate in training camp or the preseason, but was able to avoid the regular season PUP list. The Steelers are desperate for playmakers in the passing game. They will be without running back Le'Veon Bell for at least one more week.
Tillman didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday and only got in a limited session on Friday. He’s been dealing with a knee issue the past two weeks, but was never in any real danger of missing this week’s game. There are otherwise no real surprise scratches for the Bears.
Here’s the complete inactive list.
