Mario Williams suffered a sprained ankle in Sunday's loss to the Jets, but the injury may not cause him to miss any more game time. Williams said he plans on playing against the Ravens, unless the ankle doesn't make any progress during the week, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Mario Williams injury: Bills DE expects to play this week
While a sprained ankle forced Mario Williams out of Sunday’s game, he still expects to play this week.

Williams left Sunday’s game in the fourth quarter. He got an X-ray after the game and had a noticeable limp in the locker room according to Tim Graham of the Buffalo News. During his press conference on Monday, Bills head coach Doug Marrone said Williams “should be fine” to play this week, according to Joe Buscaglia of WGR 550.
It’s been an up-and-down year for Williams this season. He had a quiet season opener with two tackles and no sacks before exploding for six tackles and 4.5 sacks in Week 2. He wasn’t able to build on the performance, finishing with two tackles and no sacks against the Jets.
Although the plan is for him to play this week, there is a good chance Williams either sits out or is limited in practice leading up to Sunday’s game.
