Sunday’s arrest was the second time Jones has had a run in with police in the last three months. He was arrested in June following an incident outside of a of a bar. Jones had a few other run ins earlier in his career, including an arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct in 2007. Those charges were later dismissed after Jones agreed to meet conditions set by the judge.

It’s still unknown what led to the latest arrest. According to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Bengals are aware of the incident but had no comment. Jones’ trial for the June incident was recently continued to Oct. 7.
