Denver Broncos cornerback Tony Carter injured his ankle in the first half of Monday Night Football against the Oakland Raiders.
Tony Carter injury: Broncos CB questionable to return after hurting ankle
The Broncos secondary got a little bit thinner on Monday night.

Carter left the game and is questionable to return. Rookie Kayvon Webster has replaced Carter in the Broncos’ nickel package.
Denver has already been playing without Champ Bailey, who injured his foot during the preseason. The Raiders' offense hasn't been stellar this season, but Terrelle Pryor may be able to exploit some of the weaknesses in Denver's secondary.
Danarius Moore broke off a big touchdown catch in the second quarter, which made the Broncos’ secondary look especially vulnerable. Luckily, the offense is masking any defensive deficiencies that the Broncos have.
The severity of Carter’s injury is not yet know as the team has not updated his status other than to say he is questionable to come back to the game. The Broncos can’t afford to have him miss too much time.
